  • You can cancel your shoot free of charge up to 5 days before the scheduled date. If you cancel within 5 days of the shoot, your booking fee is non-refundable. Rescheduling is possible with at least 48 hours' notice, and can only be done once free of charge. Cancelling or rescheduling with less than 48 hours' notice will result in the loss of your booking fee.


  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking and the remaining 50% is due on the day of the shoot.

     


  • Each project is unique, and the fee is determined by various factors, including:

    ·       The type of event (wedding, portrait, etc.)

    ·       Whether you need photo, video, or both

    ·       Any special equipment or permits required

    ·       The estimated time needed for shooting and editing

    ·       The complexity of your specific requirements

  • The deposit secures your booking by reserving the date, time, location, and necessary equipment for your shoot. It also acts as a sign of good faith that you will attend the appointment or give us notice at least 48 hours in advance to reschedule


  • Last-minute bookings are sometimes possible, but to guarantee availability, it's recommended to book at least 10 days in advance. Weeks in advance are even better, as this increases the likelihood that I will be available on your preferred date and time

  • I shoot at various locations including your home, studio, hotel, beach, or park.

  • Please notify me if you are running late. If you are more than 10 minutes late, the time will be deducted from your session, and the number of photos/videos delivered may be adjusted accordingly

  • You will receive a link to a private online gallery where you can download high-resolution JPEGs and videos.


  • Images/videos are delivered in highest resolution and are not watermarked


  • Your gallery will remain active for 2 months.

  • Shoots can be conducted in any weather, but I may suggest alternate locations or times to ensure the best possible results. If we can't find a suitable alternative, your shoot can be rescheduled or you will receive a full refund, minus any non-recoverable expenses like credit card processing fees or transportation costs.

  • Some locations may have restrictions or fees for photography/videography. Please check with your resort/hotel beforehand. If restrictions prevent the shoot,rescheduling or alternate locations will be offered. If these options aren't suitable, the shoot will be treated as a cancellation, and a refund will be provided based on the cancellation policy.

  • RAW files are typically not provided as they do not represent the final product. Extensive editing and selection go into creating the best possible images/videos. However, you will receive more photos/videos than included in your package, allowing you to choose your favourites. If specific shots are missing, we can discuss options.


  • Yes, but availability is not guaranteed for same-day shoots. If you book and cancel within 24 hours, a 50% refund will be issued

  • For outdoor shoots, early mornings and sunsets are best for lighting. Weekdays are preferable for less crowded locations.

  • For travel outside of Dubai, a 250 AED charge will be added. For travel to Abu Dhabi, a 400 AED charge will be added. For weekend shoots, an additional 250 AED charge will apply.


  • Yes, of course! We offer gift vouchers for both photography and videography sessions. These vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase.
